On Smith Street in Brooklyn, we have prepared a feast of oriental cuisine for you with passion and professionalism. Our environment is warm and comfortable, and our menu is rich and diverse. From classic Mapo Tofu, Chongqing Spicy Chicken, Lamb Dry Pot, to various handmade dumplings, wontons, and pot stickers, every dish is the masterpiece of our chefs. "After a day of seeing the sights of New York (Statue of Liberty, World Trade Centre memorial, Stock Exchange, Brooklyn Bridge,…) we had dinner at Shan’s in Brooklyn and I must say it ranks in the same league as the other sights. After living in Sichuan for over 12 years I can honestly say the food is as authentic as I’ve had outside of Sichuan!! The flavours are exactly as I expect, the quality and service were first rate. The Mapo Tofu is to die for as are the dumplings in chilli sauce. Looking forward to going back and trying more, another excuse to visit New York."

"11/10 service, would come back. We went to celebrate my birthday. Place was beautiful, servers were super attentive, food came fast and was delicious. I loved the black truffle soup dumplings and scallion pancake. And the matcha tea latte tastes amazing. I also loved that the lamb dry pot was the perfect amount of spiciness for me. Can’t wait to try the spicy fried chicken bits next time!"

"I thought I had found all of the semi upscale crazy delish tasty Szechuan Chinese places in the city. I was wrong. Shan is out of Control good. The dumplings and mapo tofu I had were stellar, excellent spice flavors and ingredients that just were made with love and attention. I dare say this place has eclipsed Cafe China and birds of a feather. It’s that good! I stumbled in randomly before a meeting on a Sunday, sat at the bar left happy and full. Will return 7 stars!"

"My family and I had a wonderful late lunch/early dinner here. The food was excellent and came out quickly (highly recommend the kung pao chicken and spare ribs), our servers were incredibly attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely (great for an event or nice dinner). They even surprised my niece with ice cream for her birthday! Can't say enough about this place and will definitely be back."
